I called to give Miway my new car registration number. There was a network problem so my call got cut. I got so impressed when Mapule called me immediately, with a friendly approach. She assisted me update my reg number, and went an extra mile when she asked if I would like a review of my policy. She gave me a clear picture of the changes that I must expect end of September. That also is a highlight of her excellent service. The cherry on top is that, Miway is still offering me a reasonable premium. Thanks Miway.
