I called them the first time they said they would sms shortly.. I then had to call them back as I got no sms while waiting on a busy dangerous road alone.. When I called back then they connected me to the truck driver who then collected me. The service was okay from my end I recalled that my number was incorrect with miway and I called back correcting the cellphone number I hope that they noted it and updated my details to ***. Other than that the truck driver was amazing and helpful
