I called the customer service line for assistance with updating the wording of my policy to specifically reflect the requirements of my vehicle financing company. I was in quite a state as I was not sure how this could be effected. The information requested by the financer seemed unreasonable to me and, in my estimation, it was already indicated in the standard letter! I spoke to Lindiwe and her demeanor immediately calmed me down, which I'm very grateful for. She then escalated the issue to her manager and I subsequently received a manually and specifically written confirmation of cover letter to reflect the financing company's wishes. Thank you guys for stepping up, I'm glad to be on the MiWay team!
