I called regarding switching my cover from business to personal but it seems like it wasn't even updated
I called regarding switching my cover from business to personal but it seems like it wasn't even updated. I didn't receive a confirmation of policy update after I spent over an hour on the phone with a consultant updating my details. This morning I wake up to a bounced debit because the premium wasn't updated. So disappointing!!!
