I called MiWay today not quite happy with certain details on my policy cover. I've been with them since 2022 and felt there are improvements that could be made as I've been a consistent loyal client of theirs. Tebogo Pitjeng took the time to listen to my grievance and asked what he can do for me to be happy. Not only did he meet my expectations, he went above and beyond what I asked for! 🙌 I truly appreciate his patience and willingness to assist me and recognize the value in each individual client they cover.
