I called Miway to update my business insurance policy. The first associate helped me for a bit the like dropped. He did not call me back. Terrible guy. Hope he gets caught. Called thrice after that. After getting through. The line dropped twice again before speaking to someone. Bad experience there. All hope was lost at this point I called one last time And got through to the Legend *Kgothatso Tlhapi's* This guy was so professional and had so much patience. He gave me hope again in Miway insurance and I left that call beyond Satisfied. MIWAY INSURANCE!!! , KEEP THIS MAN AT ALL COST. ENSURE THAT YOU GIVE HIM A RAISE OR PROMOTE HIM ASAP
