I called Miway to change my address they told me that due to the area I relocated to they will increase my premium. I explained my financial situation to the consultant his name Collen Ntlailane and he was so understanding and he escalated the matter to his superiors and he came back with a positive feedback. They lowered my premium. I am so happy to be Miway client an insurance that values their clients. Keep it up guys.
