I called Miway Insurance on Tuesday after dropping my phone, and I was absolutely frantic because I run a small business and everything was on my device. The agent who assisted me, Andre Engelbrecht, was simply incredible. Not only did he keep me calm, but he also processed my claim swiftly, and I had the resources to replace my device by Thursday.
