I called MiWay in the evening after keys were accidentally locked in my car, and to say I was thoroughly impressed would be an understatement. The agent was professional and to the point, showcased a great sense of urgency. One has to fight for great service these days, especially people of colour, I must say it felt great not to. I additionally have a tyre and rim guard with them as well and even then have never struggled with a claim, I really get what I pay for. Thank you MiWay for the great service, to the agent that assisted me, thank you for reminding that I matter, for going as far as calling well after 22:00pm, just to confirm if I was indeed assisted; your service is refreshing, to say the least.
