I called in to notify MiWay of a change in residency for my motor vehicle insurance and was assisted by Katlego. She explained that my premiums had increased as a result of my relocation. After sensing that I was unhappy about the increase she then proceeded to put me through to her senior manager Dimakatso. We reviewed my policy with Dimakatso and managed to get my premiums even lower then they were before. This made my day, thank you.
