I called in to add a product to my policy, and with the loadshedding, we were cut off. Sam phoned back a couple of times and eventually we arranged that she would phone me back in the morning, which she did!! Super friendly service and Samukelisiwe’s willingness to go above and beyond was great! Plus I got a very good premium!
