I called in this morning with needing breakdown assistant with my car.Wow I got first class service Shunese Osborne was amazing,she delivered excellent service from the time she received my call and kept contact with me until my car was dropped off at the dealership for assessment.She kept checking up on me while I was enroute with the towing service provider.I am really impressed with the service I receive from MiWay everytime when I have car problem.Shunese has been so professional and helpful,this is testimony that she really enjoys her job and I am positive I am not the only person whom she has provided such great service.I am definitely going to refer friends to switch to MiWay insurance. I am grateful for the overall service received.I give the service a rating 10 out of 10.
