I called in this morning to change have my premium reduced after the annual increase. The first person I got through to hung up on me.. lol. Maybe it was a mistake. I called back got through and was eventually referred to the senior advisor Boledi was was an absolute pleasure to speak to and got me a pretty decent deal which I am happy with. My premium ended up going up only slightly, but a huge win on the access. So very happy.. thanx Boledi.
