<div>I called in Saturday morning , spoke to Marco- terrible service- my premium went up by 23percent He was very rude on the call and wouldn’t put the call through to a supervisor and told me his the most senior person on duty and went ahead and lowered my policy by R20. I did tell him that I was going to move insurance companies. Subsequently I called OUTsurance, got a great quote , and accepted the policy purely because of the lack of service received from Marco at Miway. This morning, a fabulous lady called Vuyiswa Cele called me, she was as not only able to get me a better premium but also got my excess lowered. I’ve decided to stay with Miway insurance. I wish all employees could be like Vuyiswa</div>
