I called in on Thursday the 12th wanting to add another car to my insurance, however did not have all the specs. I eventually ask them to call me back the next day, which they did, and then i had to say i am not taking that particular car. Tumi Moleele informed me when i am ready i can just call back and she will help me. Well finally on Tuesday the 17th I called back with the info I needed and when i spoke to an agent they transfered me to Tumi. Which showed she made notes on my account. She was patient with me and explained everything 100% even with all the silly questions i had. After the call she emailed me the new quote and followed up with me. On Wednesday morning she called me and completed everything with me and gave me the best news. She could give me discount which brought down the installment greatly. She's a real star and I am happy she dealt with my query when i whatsapped in.
