I been with miway for over 6 years they increased my excess amount and i wasn't aware of their single vehicle accident policy that is utter nonsense. Because my power steering failed due to car age it caused me to get into an accident. So now they added even more to my excess how must a person survive paying so much. I been with them so long and paid so much money on insurance to pay an excesive amount to fix my car. How do they think?. Thats the reason for me getting insurance to leaviate my financial stress in the case of an accident due to bad roads in south africa. This is completely nonsense i will no longer support them or motivate others to support them. Where on earth must a person **** out R10 000 ?
