I been a loyal MiWay...

I been a loyal MiWay customer for 5 years , have never claimed not even once for anything , they still increase my premium and even when they negotiate still my excess is high , I toke out a household insurance also thinking since I been with them so long I will have a good experience haven’t event claimed there also but still , I’m looking for another insurance
