I asked the consultant Ashraf Snyman to help me with finding information around my MiWarranty product I have with them and she was able to link me with the company with which MiWay placed created my policy with. I then came back and asked her to please facilitate the comms the Warranty company and myself as I was not even aware that the policy wasn’t handled by MiWay themselves and she was happy to facilitate the comms via email with the M-Sure people.
