I asked Miway to spospone my business debit order for 2 months as my business isn't up and running yet

I asked Miway to spospone my business debit order for 2 months as my business isn't up and running yet. I get told they will make a note and not debit me but still they debit the beginning of the month and then the 18th of the month. So what was the point calling in the first place.
