I appreciate the friendliness of the staff when I had an accident last month, they arranged the help as soon as they can, they called back to check if the help was there. I did not have to keep using my airtime to call the company. Almost everything was explained to me, they guided me through the process. I have experienced the best service even when my battery was flat I only called once and they arranged someone to come assist me at work.
