Good day everyone my name is Andisiwe Angel Mosito I would like to pass my appreciation to Miway insurance and thanking them for a well trained, mannered staff they got more especially NTOKOZO. I made a call yesterday regarding my premium as was explaining to her my current situation, we then ended up sharing some personal issues because she was so welcoming to listen to my story. I lost my sister and her husband on the 24 December 2020 due to accidental death ,they left 2 kids behind 13 years and 9 years. with god's grace she deposited the kids R750. she said I will buy them something for Easter. I really thank u sis NTOKOZO may GOOD LORD BLESS U.

ALL I can say guys I am very disappointed to Capitec bank for not be able to help us while we were facing a difficult time.my late sister has a policy with them on top of that she is banking with Capitec but can you believe me when am saying even a cent we didn't get from Capitec. we submitted all the required documents its been 4 months now all they can say is they are still investigating but my question is which investigation they are doing that took them long time more than the police investigation cos as am speaking now I got incident report, post mortem from the police it didn't take me such a long time as they are claiming that they are busy with investigation .yesterday I went to the bank to request a bank statement for the deceased for us to be able to check other insurances she was having, they said to me they will call me, my worry is other insurances have time frame for the claims so I'm concern if they will be able to pay my sister.my wish is that Capitec can find another way to help any family when time of tragedy arrive, cos to bury your love ones using cash is not an easy thing and on top of that their process takes time, I even struggled to open a late estate account. they don't have such account, they don't have WILL yhoo hai. Bathong is too much I am heart broken really. sometimes when we open account, making agreement with the company is that we put all our trust in you guys so when things happen like this really am confused. other insurances paid up am not talking about life cover, only funeral cover a money not more than R20 000 but yhoo Capitec with their investigation haibo thank you
