I am very dissatisfied with the following and ,I would prefer it if the the excess remains the same when an insurance policy is due for renewal as oppose to increase it with the premium

I am very dissatisfied with the following and ,I would prefer it if the the excess remains the same when an insurance policy is due for renewal as oppose to increase it with the premium. However,the company does have a lovely staff,very professional ,helpful and provide great assistance in putting one at ease with any concerns that I might have.
