I am very disappointed with my way insurance, I had an accident on the 11th of May it's been a month now my car was written off until now no progress I've sent them the settlement letter from the bank which expired on the 4th of June already I have sent them another one on the 5th of June, but no feedback until today. So now I'm struggling because of there delay. I am still paying for the insurance and the bank even though i don't have that car anymore. is very painful for me because I have to take an uber everyday to get to work, while I'm still paying for the insurance and the bank. This delay is depressing me ????
