I am using the WhatsApp service to speak to Lindiwe at MiWay and she has been very helpful. She helped me change my account that's supposed to be debited on the system as it wasn't allowing me too and she helped me figure out how to fix my debit order issues while assuring me that my policy won't get canceled due to an error on my banks side.
