I am truly impressed by the service we received from Nkhensani rikhotso and Michael yeni from the Mihelp team. My friend and I had a puncture. It was late in the middle of the road and very unsafe. We called mihelp department to get roadside assistance. Nkhensani was very quick to assist. Michael on the other hand when he heard we were not far from miway offices and stuck in the middle of the road. He rushed to our location himself to ensure that we are safe while khensani handles the roadside assistance people. They also didn’t take much time to arrive and assist. Thank you so much Miway. I am truly truly impressed by the team work and level of service received.
