I am so happy of Michael's prompt assistance, he was spot on , paid attention to my call, helped me to name the components n gave me better understand and assured me that I will have it fixed in no time, few Min after I spoke to him an electrician was at my doorway n below an hour all was in order. He called to follow up, the professionalism was satisfying. My 1st claim and I am a happy customer. He deserves a bonus. Please make him an employee of the month, thanks lots
