I am only starting.my cover from the 1st of September and i already had to complain because they took the premium from my bank account on the 26th where I asked them to take it on the 1st. Nompumelelo Mntambo helped me and was very helpful and assured me that he/she asked that i am removed from the early debit list. I just hope they approved it
