I am now struggling because of this insurance

i had an accident and i tried to claim but they could not pay because they said i was over speeding and honestly i was not speeding, and i did not have the money to pay the lawyers to stand for me. this insurance only pays for small claims, once your claim becomes big they make sure they find the loop hole.
