I received a call from Thato Moabi threatening me with legal actions for a claim his client wants from me. I was in a accident on the 11th Dec 2021 due to a oil spill in the road ( downhill) his client was able to stop his vehicle from driving into a barrier (bush) and stopped in my way while i was trying to stop my vehicle on the oily slippery road. I took pictures of his car aswell as mine because i bumped into his towbar that was not damaged at all neither his vehicle but mine was.

They now requesting close to R12 for damages that arent there and i know that his is a bizaar claim and to be threatened by legal action is ************.
