I am not happy with MiWay insurance claims department

I am not happy with MiWay insurance claims department. I made a claim under dents and scratches for my vehicle. As usual(this was not the first time), they will search for a reason not to payout. When they don't find the reason, they say the incident exceed the claim amount. Today I proved that this is their excuse not to pay. Had I not deputed their rejection, they would have gotten away with this. But I searched for reputable panel beaters who provided quotations with half the amount of what they claimed was provided by their in-house assessment team. Now I know how they operate. Please be careful of their tricks.
