I am more then happy...

I am more then happy with my car insurance, however my frustration level went up a notch or 2 as I really need to speak to a consultant regarding another policy with your company, I hate the fact that I cannot just dial a number and speak to a real live person immediately , so therefore I would appreciate it very much if such a number exists .
