I am highly satisfied with the customer service provided. The staff were professional, attentive, and ensured I fully understood the process. Even when marketing a product, they take a customer through a full process and they respond to questions and attend to any query raised. Furthermore, the claims process itself was surprisingly smooth and hassle-free when I submitted a claim early this year.
