I am happy with the customer service
I am happy with the customer service. What I am not happy with is the lousy discount I received after being a client for 3 years and not claiming once. I moved to Miway for a cheaper insurance premium but they have managed to increase it by almost R400 since I started with them and with my first discount request, I was not happy with what I was offered.
