I am frustrated

I had an accident on the 25 december and my airbag pop out and miway sent an assessor and they said they going to repair the airbags.its been 7 months now i am paying my premiums and olso the vehicle but there is no way forward with repairing the airbags.i gave them calls and m still calling everyday and even ask them to let rhe assessor call me but m not getting any help.and now m expected to believe the airbags can be repaired while they cant find them from Mercedes South Africa
