I am a very happy Miway customer

I called miway to complain as to why my monthly debit order had been more than what I am used to, I was not only confused by it but was even considering canceling my policy should I fail to get anyone to help me understand what had happened, I asked for a senior consultant and was transferred to Thapelo who was able to calm the situation and clearly explain to me what had happend. Thapelo took it upon himself to resolve my problem, he promised to call me back with the resolution in 24hrs. I am happy to say that he did not only resolve the problem I had but he went on to review my premium and give a really awesome deal. It goes without say that Thapelo is a great asset to Miway and toys as Miway clients, thank you very much Thapelo for not just doing your job but for going the extra mile and making happy to still be a Miway client!! Keep up the great work.
