I am a bit disappointed that for over 2 years that I have been with them I called at night after my Mercedes Benz radiator had issues on the N12

I am a bit disappointed that for over 2 years that I have been with them I called at night after my Mercedes Benz radiator had issues on the N12. To come and help me but the lady just said sorry your not covered for mechanical issues. I cried especially since it was dark and I had my 3 kids of which the oldest is 10 and she could not even arrange for Sm1 to come and tow or take us home and I would have paid whatever the amount was.It was scary and very disappointing 😭😭
