I absolutely appreciate the way Thabo Mohapi resolved my issue
I absolutely appreciate the way Thabo Mohapi resolved my issue. I was panicking and he was assuring while speaking to me. Hardly 10mins after talking to him, the truck dispatched called through and I was so relieved since I was in a unsafe place. Thabo has been absolutely amazing and he deserves a medal really. Thank you Thabo Mohapi, I hope your leadership appreciates employees of your caliber.
