Huge disappointment
I used to recommend and brag about their Client service all the time. I've been trying to get help with a pro rata payment link since yesterday. I spoke to 3 agents via Whatsapp yesterday, one of them with the name of Bonolo who never bothered to get back to me. Today I was chatting to Thato Makolo who said " I WILL CALL YOU SHORTLY" since 11: 47 until now 13:45, the same agent ( Thato) has joined the conversation on Whatapp again but not saying anything. Is this what Miway has turned into??
