How very disappointing!
Not very happy with them at all. Had a fridge which longer worked. A fridge repairman (whom I called) and then Miways own assessors came to inspect - each very different stories. I received a call from Miway today saying that the clain was not going to be honored due to wear and tear of the fridge which is 4 years old. P.S. my excess is R2000. Will be looking for another insurance company the second my new fridge is delivered.
