How to keep a client

I've been a long time MiWay client, and never had any issues with them (in terms of full disclosure I did work there a number of years ago).

I dealt with Nokuthula today, definitely a superstar agent, friendly, funny, makes an effort to take interest and on top of that makes a real effort to make sure you have the CORRECT insurance and that you understand where what happens. She has a great way of simplifying the policy wording by giving apt examples of situations and then providing the answers to your cover so that you feel at ease.

I work in Telecoms, and I must say that agents with that much understanding, attention and carefulness are hard to come by, she kept a client for MiWay today.
