How soon is soon because i have been waiting for 48HRS ?

I have submitted a claim on Monday evening on the app but no one has called me to confirm my claim, instant i receive an email saying (We'll be in contact with you soon), i just want to know how soon is that because i have been waiting for more than 48 Hours now
