HOW PAYS THE SHORTFALL MIWAY
<p>HI</p> <p>as i have mentioned before i have a third party claim againsy miway and the found a panel beater that they say will do the job at a quote they assessed only for me to take this assessment report to this same panel beater they say and this panel beater says door cost r4418 but miway says it cost r2237 by that same panel beater, they have just plain ignored what the panel beater of there picking has quoted , SO WHO PAYS FOR THIS SHORTFALL , i have a claim and they have assessed they need to pay me but refuse to pay on the correct costing . </p>
i have sent a number of emails asking about this shortfall and miway just ignored the mail. not one response,only when i put it here the first time i got response.

good morning
please note your team is not interested in sorting the claim at its correct costing for the damages but that of which miway can save and i have to bear the brunt of losing the retail value of my vehicle due to your client and best of all he pays a fee for this service so if he makes such accidents he will be covered by miway but miway looks to rob people of this service as my claim clearly proves it.

thank you for informing me that your team will do the best to sort my claim out as all i want is to be able to repair my vehicle and not looking to make a profit. marcel has responsed to my email finally and i sincercly hope he can finally work out the correct assessment and cost for the repairs for my vehicle based on the panel beater of miway's choice.

wow great marcel amended the price of doors and couldn't see the rest of the of the price difference like the hub cups, lt rear door mldg,lt rear door,lt f/door outer handle , were the additional labour for lt side sill , fender seems loke i need to mention all shortfall in prices because miway can't see it ,R1038.07 SETTLEMENT DISCOUNT FOR WHAT WHEN MIWAY NOT SETTLE THE FULL DAMAGES OF VEHICLE R2749.74 FOR HIS DAMAGES YET NOT SINGLE REPLACEMENT PART JUST A RESPAY .... SORRY NOT EXCEPTABLE MIWAY IS MOST DISHONEST INSURANCE COMPANY OUT THERE,
