How Pathetic is Miway!!! Untrusted and Shame!

Miway Insurance, what a shame that I have to pay for towing and lifting of the car by Mercedes Benz!! I called you first when I experienced the breakdown, but you were the one who transferred me to Mercedes Benz. You did not even bother to call me and found out how did I sleep and what happened to me! You are happy to deduct monthly premiums and will go an extra mile to remind me for my premiums but you failed to take care of me during hard times. Did I know Mercedes number? No. You transferred me to them and you said you can't give me even a courtesy car. Now you are telling me I need to pay for all that. Did you bother to send the technician to scene of accident? Where is customer service here? A lady with a broken car on N3 left alone to sleep in cold of Harrismith.

The car is far away in Betlehem and I was travelling to Jhb but you dont care whether I died or not. Come month end, your premiums are paid in full. For what? You were so quick to change me from First for women( an insurance that takes care of women) just to make fun of me on the road! If it was not for Mercedes, where would I have slept? I would have slept in the Bush, or get ****** or even lost my job because I needed to be at work by 8am Monday today.

Guys I am so ashamed of you. Even though Mercedes gave me an old car, but you Miway have shown me your evil ways. What am I paying for because I did not get helped from you? And you did not bother to found out. Check your call logs from 17h30pm on the 29 of September... you were the first people I called for help..stranded. check who transferred me to Mercedes Benz. Please sort this out before I launch a serious complaint and paint your pathetic service in all social media
