How my dispute was handled

I wrote to disputes department, my dispute was handle but there was mistakes on the calculations and a lot of unexplained financial calculations, and was told in am not happy I should write to ombudsman, which I did the ombudsman gave Miway 14days to resolve the issue with me directly but Miway did not even try to resolve the issue with me directly, infect they send ombudsman same report with mistakes and this time around they even attack me personally accusing me of enriching myself from what I was compensated on.
