How i feel about the service

I was assisted by Thabani. The purpose of my call was to cancel the insurance and jump ship to a different insurer. Thabani did not only explain the benefits of being with Miway but he also convinced me to stay.

He patiently explained the benefits that comes with my insurance cover. He helped me understand how some inputs like individual risk profile, market,retail or trade value options affects my premium at the end of the day.

Its people like Thabani that are assets to the institution because they don't only care about retaining business but also about the value added to the client at the end of the day.

I am beyond happy and excited about the new offer that was presented to me after the call. I will be staying with the company because now i know that i am getting value for my money.
