Household insurance claim approved

Last week Wednesday on the 11of March 2020 I phoned miway to inquire about my pending household insurance claim on my microwave oven, the claim has been pending since last year October.I spoke to a lady by the name of Charmaine Maabane and related the story to her that I have been waiting for miway to call me back regarding my claim and that I was very unhappy with their service. Charmaine took it upon herself to resolve my query as soon as possible and promised me to come back to me on the same day to update me about the claim. The claim was approved the following day and was left a very happy customer because of Chamaine's dedication and commitment to her miway customers.
