Household contests insurance

Miway, I would like to understand your reason for increasing my household access amount from R500 to R1500 cause that doesn't make sense. You also increase my premium with over 35%. I inquired and was told that it's because I had 1 claim last year and when I asked the person who was assisting me to get someone to clarify this she never did. I am really disappointed in you. So here is how I see it, when you guys want a person to switch to you you make sure you pretend to give them what they want knowing very well that's its only to get me in your books and after that you increase everything. I even referred my colleague to you people but believe me that will not be happening again. You are ******** people by pretending to be an affordable insurance just to get them to take up your products and that's not fair.
