House contents claim rejected...

Worst insurance company I have ever dealt with. Been insured for almost a year for my house contents. They are not paying me for my damaged items firstly because because they reduced the value of my items drastically so that they fall below their excess... Secondly I have power surge protector on my db board, therefore I took the necessary precautions to protect all my electronics in the house. The fact that power surge still happened is not my fault, I was insured....

Do yourselves a favour, don't join miway, if you are already their client, embrace yourself because you are better off keeping your premiums to yourself than flushing them down miway pit.... **** company....
