House and Content Insurance

I had to move residence recently (within the same area), so had to change my insurance coverage address. Found that my premium had to increase. Then call MiWay to inquire about this, more so that the new premises had more security measures in place than the old premises and relatively more "safe". MiWay consultant was able to explain why the premium would be higher/lower; I clarified that a higher premium wouldn't be reasonable given the all the security and other measures in place. Eventually the MiWay consultant reviewed my premium which amounted in +/-R500 saving. The consultant was professional in their service and managed to retain me as a customer.
