Houding by Miway insurance!

I hope someone will be able to assist me in some sound advice.

I am being hounded non-stop my Miway regarding quotes for car insurance. Every single time I tell them NOT INTERESTED, and PLEASE REMOVE MY NAME FROM YOUR CONTACT LIST, and the next week I just get contacted again. I spoke to a manager at one of their call centres last week after being contacted for the umpteenth time. I was assured my name and number would be removed and not contacted again. Yet, TODAY, I was once again called. they call me when I'm at work, when I'm in church, when I'm on the loo. It just never stops! I have never, nor will I ever, used any products from Miway.

Is there any legal or other action I can take against this company? Its becoming absolutely ridiculous now.
